With its focus on providing a premium bowling experience to the local community, Core Entertainment Inc. has signed a multi-year lease with Lafranchi Architecture and Development, Inc. of Santa Rosa, California. Initial phase upgrades, including resurfacing the 24 lanes and renovating the bowler's concourse, are complete. "We hope to provide an enjoyable entertainment experience, especially for the young people in the Windsor area, because the café and lounge offer an 'evening on the town' alternative that welcomes teams, singles, families, and kids." commented new owner James Pattison of Redwood Valley. Plans are being drawn up to replace the lanes entirely over the next three years, creating a truly up-to-date comprehensive bowling center. "This expands the availability of bowling in the area despite the recent closure of Continental Lanes in Santa Rosa," Pattison reported. The center is located at: 8801 Conde Lane in Windsor (707-837-9889). Hours are from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 10 a.m. - midnight Friday and Saturday; and 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.on Sunday.
