Windsor Bowling Center is a fast growing Sonoma County based company founded in 1985, operating as family entertainment centers in Northern Sonoma County. Main Service Counter

Greet guests and help them get set up on their lane.

Assist guests with choosing the right bowling ball.

Respond to and troubleshoot basic lane problems.

Retrieve stuck bowling balls and fallen pins when needed.

Provide friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic customer service.

Clear and clean tables between groups for quick lane turnover.
-
Keep the bowling lanes, concourse, bowl desk, restrooms, and parking lot clean and organized.

Set up and maintain concourse tables.
-
Assist at the Bowl Desk when needed.
-
Complete required opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
-
Attend scheduled staff meetings.

Complete other duties assigned by management.
Bartender
-
Provide friendly, courteous, and timely service to all guests.

Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic drinks, and food.

Check identification to verify guests are of legal drinking age.

Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service and intoxicated guests.

Keep the bar clean, organized, and properly stocked.

Complete required cleaning and side work before the end of each shift.

Provide excellent customer service and help ensure guest satisfaction.

Work well with coworkers and assist where needed.

Party Host

Welcome and assist birthday children, parents, and guests throughout the party.

Help keep the party organized, fun, and on schedule.

Set up and clean birthday party tables.

Serve food and beverages to party guests.

Supervise and assist children during the party.

Provide friendly, energetic, and helpful customer service.

Work well with children, parents, coworkers, and different personalities.

Work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks at once.

Must be dependable, outgoing, and able to work weekends.

Entry-level Mechanic
-
Help keep our bowling equipment running safely and smoothly.

Clear pin jams and troubleshoot basic pinsetter problems.

Fix issues with ball returns and other bowling equipment.

Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
-
Use hand tools and follow equipment manuals and instructions.
-
No previous bowling mechanic experience required — we will train you!

Must be mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
-
Must be dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Opportunity to advance to B-Mechanic and eventually A-Mechanic.

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including occasional shifts until midnight.

Cafe Customer Service

Welcome guests, check them in, and answer questions.

Explain the escape room rules and provide a fun introduction to the game.

Monitor guests throughout the game and provide hints when needed.

Review the game with guests afterward and answer questions.

Take a group photo at the end of the experience.

Reset and prepare the escape room correctly for the next group.

Provide friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic customer service.

Be comfortable speaking to groups of people.

Pay close attention to detail and closely monitor each game.
