Windsor Bowling Center is a fast growing Sonoma County based company founded in 1985, operating as family entertainment centers in Northern Sonoma County. The company's high energy, high volume facility is 35,000 square feet in size and host a variety of attractions that appeal to people of all ages.

 

Guests can enjoy bowling, billiards, black light mini golf, escape rooms, or choose from dozens of interactive amusement games. Our multi-venue family entertainment centers feature full service restaurants and bars, great food and much more in a fun, clean and comfortable environment.

Main Service Counter

Greet guests on bowling lane and assist them with lane set up. Troubleshoot, identify and handle lane malfunction calls. Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated. Assist guests with picking appropriate bowling ball. Retrieve dead balls and dead wood. Clean up tables on bowling lane for quick lane turnover. Responsible for concourse table set up. Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of the bowl desk, parking lot, restrooms and bowling lanes. Maintain lane turnover per company policies. Perform duties of Bowl Desk Attendant, in a back-up function, as needed. Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked. Attend all scheduled meetings. Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management.

Party Host

Responsible for assisting parents/guardians, children and guests for the duration of the assigned birthday party; maintaining control of the party at all times; setting up and cleaning birthday party tables; serving food and beverages to guests; supervising children with the party at all times; and performing other duties as assigned by management. Must have an energetic, outgoing personality and is able to get along with a variety of personalities. Applicants must work well with others and excel in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task is essential and must be able to weekends.

Entry-level Mechanic

Mechanically minded folks, listen up: we’re currently on the lookout for a new crop of talented professionals to join us on the lanes as entry-level mechanics (or “C-mechanics”). What do our C-mechanics do? The simple answer: whatever it takes to keep the party rolling—clearing pin jams, resolving issues with our ball returns, and tackling other malfunctions that may unexpectedly come up. Can you read a manual? Are you good with hand tools? That's a great start! We will train you! Job has potential for advancement to being an B mechanic or even up to an A. Cafe Customer Service

Greet and assist customers with their food order needs. Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel appreciated. Assist guests with choosing correct food items. Clean up tables on bowling lane for quick lane turnover. Responsible for concourse table set up. Maintain on an ongoing basis throughout the shift, the cleanliness of the cafe counter. Maintain lane turnover per company policies. Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked. Attend all scheduled meetings. Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management.

Bartender

Serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, achieving a high level of guest satisfaction. Maintain clean and organize bar areas. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders. Follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests. Complete required side work prior to shift end. Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Escape Room Game Master

Welcome customers, help them check-in and answer any questions they have about the games. Give customers an introduction to their game and walk them through the game rules. Operate the game: monitor player progress as customers advance through their game, providing hints along the way as needed. Walk customers through their game afterwards. Show them any portions of the game they didn't solve, answer any questions they have about the room, and take a group picture. Reset the game to be ready for the next group of customers. Shifts include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Out-going, energetic, enthusiastic personality. Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Can think on your feet and problem-solve, adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, rooms must be monitored closely and reset correctly every time. Basic computer skills. Must be available to work weekends.

Short Order Cook

A short-order cook should know how to prepare different kinds of items according to the tastes of its clients. So they need to have a good knowledge about the food that they are preparing. Cooks are expected to have multi-tasking skills and good management skills. They should cater to the customer's needs in the sequence of order received and should prepare good items in the minimum possible time. The cook should coordinate with various organizers in the bowling center. They should direct the counter personal to take the items, etc and ask the dish cleaners to clean the dishes properly and quickly. The short-order cook should be flexible to work at any point of time during the day and should be fast enough to cater to the customer's needs in the least possible time.
